While working for Five Star Jewelry on their marketing team, I noticed a lack of sales generated through the website. As I surveyed the website I found how increasingly difficult it was to find specific pieces of jewelry. With the absence of a search bar and filtration system, finding a particular piece of jewelry was almost impossible with the nearly 1,500 items listed on the website. Once I addressed the opportunity of increasing the user experience with the owner, we sat down to discuss the new layout and flow of the site.

During my Public Relations Campaign class, we were able to work side by side with the San Marcos Main Street Program to curate the TDA's annual conference. Our fictitious public relations agency, Marcos Strategies, completed primary and secondary research in order to create the final campaign pitch found below.
